Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Buffalo, NY, United States

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Typically manage 16–22 requisitions, depending on level and urgency.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define position requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Use creative approaches to identify difficult-to-find technical candidates.
• Provide hiring-team updates, facilitate selection decisions, and extend offers.
• Support the Commercial Aircraft Group and, when needed, Space and Defense, Industrial, and Military Aircraft groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, including direct work with hiring managers and talent sourcing.
• Experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and process-management skills.
• Experience recruiting at high volume in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to handle technical and complex roles.
