TA-Recruiter Junior Level (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Rancho Bernardo or Poway, California, with potential support for both sites; Monday through Friday on a 9x80 schedule.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple candidate pipelines, including tracking, follow-up, and candidate progression.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical and professional roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, create requisitions, and support hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews and provide support throughout interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using online platforms, recruiting tools, agencies, and sourcing partners.
• Support recruiting metrics, employment advertising, background checks, offer activities, and process improvement.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of recruiting experience with understanding of the full recruiting life cycle.
• Hands-on corporate recruiting experience and ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Experience sourcing and screening technical talent.
• Willingness to work onsite in Rancho Bernardo or Poway, California.
• Applicants with more than 6 years of recruiting experience may not be eligible for this junior-level role.
