Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and create customized recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and compliant ATS records, including resume review, tracking, reporting, and audits.
• Support candidate communication, employer branding, recruiting-process improvements, and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with internet recruiting, direct sourcing, networking, and high-volume hiring.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, recruiting tools, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with urgency and collaborate effectively within a team.
