What you will do
- Lead and improve HR operations while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Develop, review, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, employee welfare programs, and compensation frameworks.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with business leaders and manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and HR operational best practices.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
