International Mobility Advisor (Global Mobility Operations): Supporting international employee mobility programs across the mobility lifecycle with an accent on long-term assignments, short-term assignments, foreign local hires, and stakeholder service. Focus on solving mobility issues, coordinating internal and external partners, and improving compliant operational processes across APAC and EMEA.

What you will do
- Provide advisory and operational support across international mobility programs and processes.
- Support Long-Term Assignments, Short-Term Assignments, and Foreign Local Hire arrangements.
- Deliver accurate, responsive, and customer-focused support to employees and stakeholders.
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to coordinate mobility activities.
- Identify process improvements, simplify ways of working, and enhance service delivery.
- Own issues, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely follow-through.
Requirements
- Strong experience in International Mobility or Global Mobility Operations.
- Experience supporting Long-Term Assignments, Short-Term Assignments, and Foreign Local Hire programs across APAC and/or EMEA.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Ownership, accountability, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

- Experience with Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow.
