What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, competencies, priorities, and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Build talent pipelines and communities across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Operations, and other corporate functions.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, assessments, feedback collection, and hiring updates.
• Maintain recruiting analytics and improve processes, including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional and corporate talent across multiple business functions.
• Strong sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in technology, consumer electronics, telecommunications, or high-growth organizations.
• Experience supporting executive and leadership-level hiring.
• Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and talent market analysis.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, Workable, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms.
