What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume exempt-level corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver tailored recruiting strategies.
• Provide market insights on candidate availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
• Track recruiting metrics including requisition load, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion.
• Manage candidate pipelines in an applicant tracking system and coordinate screening, interviews, and offers.
• Source candidates through creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience building partnerships with mid-level managers and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, initiative, and results orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Essential duties are subject to U.S. Government export control regulations; candidates must be U.S. Persons or be prepared to collaborate on obtaining the required U.S. government export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or related experience.
• Experience recruiting for exempt-level corporate roles in an organization with more than 10,000 employees.
• Experience with Workday ATS or similar systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Eightfold, or Oracle.
