What you will do

• Support and execute high-volume hourly recruitment strategies across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Source candidates through applicant tracking systems, databases, career events, job boards, and outreach campaigns.
• Screen applicants, conduct virtual or telephone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and Human Resources teams.
• Communicate pre-employment requirements and support timely offer and onboarding processes.
• Track recruiting activity, prepare KPI reports, and identify opportunities to improve time-to-fill, retention, and candidate experience.
• Build relationships with regional stakeholders and share recruiting best practices.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of direct experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Knowledge of hiring processes, compliance requirements, and applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Strong organization, communication, relationship-building, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, workplace health and safety requirements, and related HR regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
