Transport Manager (Ecommerce Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage freight and parcel transport operations across the UK and Europe, including marketplace and direct-to-consumer carriers.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships while improving service performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor carrier metrics and implement operational improvements.
• Manage transport budgets and costs in line with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with international customs requirements across diverse product categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics networks and transport strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transport management, focused on international logistics.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and European road freight networks and practices.
• Excellent knowledge of UK and European customs regulations and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing and refining logistics networks.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon logistics.
• Side projects related to data and analytics.
