Focus on analysing sales trends, improving forecast accuracy, coordinating cross-functional planning, and managing inventory KPIs, budgeting, and working capital.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end inventory planning for Shark and Ninja direct-to-consumer channels across Western European markets.
- Develop demand forecasts for owned eCommerce sites in collaboration with DTC, eCommerce, marketing, and finance teams.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock health, sell-through, stock cover, fill rate, aged inventory, forecast accuracy, and out-of-stock rates.
- Coordinate replenishment and stock allocation with supply chain and fulfilment teams.
- Support new product launches, phase-in and phase-out planning, promotional events, seasonal planning, and Black Friday readiness.
- Improve DTC planning processes and report inventory performance, budgeting, working capital, and cost management to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in inventory planning, demand planning, or supply chain management within a DTC or eCommerce business.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable plans.
- Experience with ERP, planning, and eCommerce or OMS systems.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating across markets and functions.
- Fluent English required.
- Owned or direct eCommerce inventory planning experience is highly advantageous.
Nice to have
- French or other Western European language proficiency.
- Experience with promotional calendars, performance marketing, trading, and competitor DTC analysis.
