Last Mile Co-Ordinator Great Britian (m/f/d)

Location: Permanent remote, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Manage daily delivery exceptions across parcel, bulky, two-person, and four-person delivery flows.
• Monitor carrier performance, maintain scorecards, identify recurring failure patterns, and flag operational risks.
• Audit freight invoices against rate cards, manage damage claims, and maintain core system master data.
• Resolve complex, escalated delivery cases in partnership with Customer Care.
• Use AI agents and workflow automations for operational tasks, reporting, exception triage, and claim drafting.
• Participate in depot visits and delivery ride-alongs to improve last mile processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, e-commerce operations, or customer service, or a strong internship or working-student background.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open operational items.
• Experience working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and navigating dashboards.
• Willingness to learn SQL and apply AI tools and process automation to daily operations.
• Clear and professional communication with carrier partners and internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English and residence in the United Kingdom required.
