E-Commerce Fulfillment & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Permanent work from home; Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM NSW time with a 1-hour unpaid break and two 15-minute paid breaks.

What you will do

• Monitor orders from processing through dispatch and delivery, following up with vendors and stores to meet SLAs.
• Coordinate order updates, pickups, deliveries, delays, and exceptions with vendors, stores, and freight providers.
• Track shipments and resolve freight issues, including failed pickups, rebookings, replacement labels, and damaged or missing freight.
• Manage fulfilment tickets and operational incidents through investigation, escalation, and resolution.
• Maintain accurate freight labels, tracking information, order records, credit notes, and operational adjustments.
• Support the Dropship team and Digital Fulfilment Manager while contributing to process and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, fulfilment, logistics, e-commerce, retail, or dropship environments.
• Experience coordinating freight, order fulfilment, logistics activities, or third-party partners.
• Experience managing operational tickets, incidents, documentation, and adjustments.
• Strong organisational, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, deadline management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, follow issues through to resolution, and support continuous improvement.
