Solutions Consultant (AI)

Location: On-site in the New York City or London office

Base salary: $120,000–$200,000 annually before commission for NYC; compensation also includes commission, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales on discovery calls, product demonstrations, RFPs, and enterprise pre-sales engagements.
• Design custom solutions by mapping customer use cases to platform features, integrations, and data models.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on custom implementations, integrations, and data requirements.
• Develop proof-of-concept engagements that demonstrate ROI and accelerate deal cycles.
• Create technical documentation, solution playbooks, and demo environments to improve repeatability.
• Gather customer and market feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market enablement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales within B2B SaaS.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
• Ability to partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Analytical ability to identify customer needs and translate them into measurable business value.
• Curiosity about AI, search, and brand visibility in generative experiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing technology, data analytics, or AI.
• Experience with AI tools, SEO or search platforms, or data visualization systems.
