Solution Consultant

Location: On-site in New York City, United States

Salary: Annual on-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000

What you will do

• Build lasting relationships with existing and prospective enterprise customers.
• Support pre-sales activities, account executive collaboration, demos, implementation, and onboarding.
• Plan, optimize, and scale customer-serving processes, assets, and systems using Zendesk and Salesforce.
• Create best-practice guides and product documentation for customers.
• Identify account champions, engage key stakeholders, and define customer success metrics.
• Represent customer feedback in product development and collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams on new solution offerings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in a direct customer-facing role such as customer success, implementation, or solutions consulting.
• Experience with B2B SaaS in a fast-paced environment.
• BA or BS degree.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, written, verbal communication, and process-improvement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders.
• Availability for some customer travel.
