Associate Transfer Agency Officer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support daily transfer agency operations across dealing, registration, cash, corporate actions, and client servicing.
• Deliver accurate and timely client reporting in line with service standards, KPIs, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and operational teams to resolve queries and support business requirements.
• Assist with system enhancements, user acceptance testing, quality control, and technology solutions.
• Support operational risk management, including error identification, escalation, investigation, and reporting.
• Maintain operational controls and contribute to audits, regulatory reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous experience in transfer agency, investment operations, fund administration, or financial services operations.
• Understanding of transfer agency processes, including investor servicing, registrations, cash processing, dealing, or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and build positive stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality and compliance.

Nice to have

• Exposure to risk management, operational controls, or regulatory requirements in financial services.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives or system enhancements.
