Compliance (Transaction Surveillance) Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review flagged live transactions within SLA and identify suspicious or fraudulent activity patterns.
• Assess potential name matches against sanctions lists and determine whether transactions should be accepted or rejected.
• Investigate compromised accounts and scam-related typologies, and resolve confirmed suspicious cases.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the ComplyAdvantage screening tool and support process enhancements.
• Coordinate with Compliance and business functions, contact affected customers when needed, and escalate true sanctions, AML, or fraud concerns with clear rationale.
• Provide daily coverage, including weekend work.
