TA Associate Director, Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead the Taiwan service desk team supporting offshore and onshore Transfer Agency fund clients across Asia.
• Manage hiring, training, performance reviews, delegation, and resource planning.
• Oversee subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, investor records, enquiries, and other shareholder transactions.
• Act as the escalation point for clients and coordinate incident reporting, service-level monitoring, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and review client, management, and regulatory reports while supporting audits and inspections.
• Collaborate on client-specific and regional projects, process improvements, automation initiatives, and future operating models.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Transfer Agency fund operations, transaction processing, record maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and relevant fund regulations.
• Experience managing and developing operational teams, with strong leadership and delegation skills.
• Experience handling complex investor enquiries and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, problem-solving, operational control, and process improvement skills.
• 15+ years of Fund Services experience, fluency in spoken and written English, and fluent Mandarin Chinese are required.

• Experience with local and international asset management firms or in the finance industry.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where accuracy is critical.
• Experience with Transfer Agency products, processes, and deliverables.
