Operations Manager (Logistics)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, United States; warehouse-based role requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move for an entire shift.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year.

What you will do

• Direct daily picking, packing, routing, and dispatching activities to meet fulfillment timelines.
• Own shift execution plans by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and reallocating resources.
• Supervise, coach, and motivate Ops Leads and hourly warehouse associates.
• Run or support huddles, shift handoffs, onboarding, cross-training, and performance development.
• Ensure SOP adherence, fulfillment accuracy, quality standards, and a safe, clean warehouse environment.
• Resolve floor-level issues, communicate blockers across shifts, and support warehouse tools and systems.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate hourly teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with WMS systems, handheld scanners, and final-mile dispatching.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or move throughout an entire shift.
