Fulfillment Brand Manager (Ecommerce)

Location: Hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah, United States

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of brand partners using hirify.global's 3PL services across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify.
• Serve as the primary contact for logistics inquiries and day-to-day fulfillment operations.
• Onboard partners into hirify.global's 3PL systems and coordinate integrations across online retail platforms.
• Monitor inventory flow, shipping accuracy, fulfillment speed, and account health metrics, resolving operational gaps proactively.
• Collaborate with Operations and Advertising teams to maintain product readiness and optimal inventory for promotional campaigns.
• Develop business plans, supply chain insights, and operational improvements to scale partner accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience leading logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations; experience in 3PL or high-stakes logistics is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive for analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, data management, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage high-stakes partner relationships, resolve requests urgently, and consistently meet SLA expectations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Amazon FBA/FBM or other marketplace fulfillment requirements.
