Warehouse Area Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Lead inbound or outbound teams within the fulfillment center.
• Ensure shipments leaving the distribution center meet brand and quality standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers and the wider network to meet fulfillment and transportation capacity expectations.
• Communicate with marketplace representatives to maintain performance standards and resolve issues.
• Hold regular status meetings with leads to support training and team development.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of management or leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Experience with process mapping and standard operating procedure documentation.
• Ability to give and receive positive and negative feedback.
• Flexibility to work some weekends and extended hours during busy periods.
• Ability to work on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada.
