Account Project Lead

What you will do

• Coordinate project delivery services and activities across the account, acting as the client-facing single point of contact.
• Ensure delivery meets contractual scope and requirements for cost, schedule, quality, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Manage project risks, issues, resources, delivery costs, optimization initiatives, and change requests.
• Support project governance, financial forecasting, client billing, margin improvement, and resource planning.
• Manage senior client relationships, participate in steering and governance forums, and promote client satisfaction.
• Support new project and sales opportunities, including scoping, estimation, approvals, and delivery service-level development.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating project delivery across multiple delivery teams, practices, and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage contractual scope, schedules, costs, resources, risks, SLAs, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience with client relationship management and communication across all organizational levels, including C-suite stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project governance, financial forecasting, change control, and portfolio steering.
• Understanding of process improvement frameworks and standards such as CMMI, ISO, and ITIL.
