Technical Project Manager (USA) (Counter-Drone)

Location: Warrenton, Virginia, USA; work is based at the Washington DC / Northern Virginia office and may include periodic out-of-hours engagement across time zones.

What you will do

• Lead execution of customer deployments, demonstrations, and operational delivery activities.
• Track milestones, progress, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent efforts.
• Coordinate resources and execution across Sales, Field Service Engineering, Engineering, Logistics, and Operations.
• Support workstreams within larger technical programs under the direction of the Technical Program Manager.
• Participate in customer meetings, project briefings, and internal coordination forums.
• Remove execution blockers and improve project coordination practices, tools, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience driving project outcomes through deployments, demonstrations, or customer engagements.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, evolving customer requirements, operational priorities, and live delivery environments.
• Strong coordination and relationship-building skills across technical, operational, and commercial teams.
• Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when required.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and coordinate across globally distributed teams and time zones.
• Understanding of safety, quality, export, and site compliance requirements.
