Senior Project Manager (Guidewire)

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of hirify.global implementation projects across Fit-Gap, Configure, Test, and Go-Live Cutover phases.
• Define and maintain project goals, timelines, deliverables, work breakdown structures, scope baselines, and project documentation.
• Track project budgets, burn rate, planned versus actual costs, and Earned Value Management indicators including PV, EV, AC, CPI, SV, and CV.
• Manage formal change control, document scope changes, and identify scope creep and risks affecting margin, timelines, or contracted outcomes.
• Coordinate milestone-based billing by maintaining acceptance criteria, completion evidence, and billing triggers with Finance and Engagement Management.
• Act as the primary customer contact for project logistics, status updates, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on project or program delivery experience in software or professional services.
• Experience with hirify.global or large-scale ERP and enterprise platform implementations such as SAP, Oracle, Majesco, Duck Creek, or Salesforce.
• Understanding of fixed-price and outcome-based delivery, scope governance, change control, budget tracking, and milestone-based billing.
• Familiarity with structured implementation lifecycles, project risk and issue management, and basic Earned Value Management principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with customers, technical teams, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

Nice to have

• Project management certification or formal training such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe.
• Experience with hirify.global PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter implementations.
• Experience in SaaS or cloud-based delivery, insurance, regulated sectors, or customer-facing professional services.
• Experience coordinating multi-region or remote teams, delivery partners, or third-party vendors.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery methods, Smartsheet, Asana, or Power BI.
