Learning Experience Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with remote work and in-person collaboration at the South Jordan office two days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Design, script, and produce webinars, in-app tutorials, live workshops, videos, digital courses, presentations, interactive activities, and facilitator guides.
• Create end-to-end learning experiences that support customer onboarding, product adoption, and continuous product mastery.
• Research product functionality, learner feedback, customer challenges, and subject matter expertise to develop effective instructional content.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, and other stakeholders to align education initiatives with product releases and customer needs.
• Publish, maintain, and optimize learning experiences across Skilljar, Rocketlane, Wistia, Parta, and related platforms.
• Use feedback, analytics, business outcomes, AI, and emerging technologies to improve learning quality, content maintenance, and team efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in adult learning, digital learning, instructional or curriculum design, or UX/UI research or design; one year may be substituted for a relevant degree.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual communication, writing, instructional design, or UX design, including problem-solving and design process examples.
• Ability to quickly learn technical products and translate complex concepts into human-centered, approachable, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
• Ability to synthesize stakeholder, customer, and performance data feedback and iterate rapidly.
• Proficiency with an online training or content authoring tool such as Parta, Articulate Rise or Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, or Camtasia.
• Ability to create visually appealing, on-brand materials and interest in using AI to improve learning design workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable, on-demand learning programs for corporate or customer audiences.
• Experience creating video, motion graphics, visual communication assets, or multimedia learning experiences.
• Experience with modern learning management systems.
• Knowledge of SaaS business models, product-led growth, and customer adoption strategies.
