Senior Compensation Partner - Corporate Functions & M&A

Location: Long Beach, California, United States; based at hirify.global's global headquarters

Base pay range: $116,000–$145,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with People & Culture and business leaders on hiring, promotions, organizational initiatives, and annual compensation programs.
• Manage global compensation architecture, including job design and salary structures.
• Conduct market research, compensation surveys, quantitative analysis, data modeling, and data mining.
• Develop communications and training for recruiters, HR professionals, and managers on compensation programs.
• Support total rewards strategy, compliance, process improvements, and systems enhancements with IT.
• Review compensation requests and prepare presentations and recommendations for leadership, the board, and investors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in compensation analysis and administration, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 12+ years of total work experience may substitute.
• Experience leading internal and external market analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including building models and analyses.
• For work in U.S. offices, candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, asylees, or eligible to obtain the required export-control authorizations.
• Work includes prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, computer work, and occasional exposure to moderate noise, dust, and fumes in production areas.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional certification.
• Experience with corporate functions, mergers and acquisitions, stock-based compensation, Radford surveys, or AI tools such as Compa, Pave, and Open Code.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, project management, consultative, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.
