Salary: $137,700 — $198,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and administer base pay, short-term incentives, equity grants, and long-term incentive programs.
- Conduct market analysis using Radford and Mercer to maintain pay competitiveness against benchmarks.
- Develop salary structures, job leveling frameworks, and pay guidelines that scale with the business.
- Manage compensation review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and equity budgeting.
- Build compensation dashboards and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Leverage AI tools like Claude and Pave to accelerate analysis, reporting, and communications.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of progressive compensation experience in a global tech company.
- Hands-on experience with Radford and/or Mercer salary surveys.
- Experience leading pay transparency initiatives and pay equity analyses (e.g., using Syndio).
- Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to systematize market pricing and analysis.
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and compensation program evolution from pre- to post-IPO stages.
- Proficiency in Workday and advanced Google Sheets/Excel for compensation modeling.
Nice to have
- Experience with Pave.
- Experience with Proxy Disclosures and Compensation Committee reporting.
- Exposure to sales compensation or partnering with Sales Operations.
- Experience building or scaling a compensation function in a high-growth environment.
