Senior/Staff Product Manager (Agentic Practice)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Boston, MA

Salary: $170K–$220K plus equity

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, success metrics, and outcomes for a core product area.
• Discover high-impact problems across cloud infrastructure, cost, usage, and business value through customer, prospect, industry, and analyst research.
• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, then build interactive prototypes with coding agents such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Partner with engineering and experience design on technical tradeoffs, scalable architecture, intuitive interfaces, and iterative delivery.
• Support enterprise demos, customer calls, roadmap discussions, RFPs, positioning, and post-sale adoption.
• Align engineering, design, sales, marketing, post-sales, and customer success teams while mentoring junior PMs when appropriate.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of Product Management experience on a B2B SaaS product.
• Prior professional expertise in engineering, product marketing, sales engineering, technical account management, finance, DevOps, or cloud operations.
• Experience with data-intensive, AI/ML-enabled, analytics, observability, or cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience with UI-heavy products and full-stack product management across pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Working fluency with AI coding agents and the ability to turn product requirements into working prototypes independently.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, communication, customer orientation, and ability to influence across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinOps, finance, DevOps, or cloud cost management.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure billing data, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, SQL, and DevOps/SRE tooling.
• Experience with enterprise customers, SaaS pricing and packaging, or value metrics.
• Experience building reusable AI agent patterns and working in an AI-native development environment.
