Insight Analyst

Salary: £31,000–£35,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Develop a strong understanding of client business priorities and support activities such as brand planning and range reviews.
• Create and present analyses, insights, and actionable recommendations for client marketing, sales, category, and other teams.
• Set up client onboarding for analytics and insights services.
• Deliver tactical client training on Guided Analytics and hirify.global tools, including Connect Express and Discover.
• Identify opportunities during day-to-day client engagements and hand them off to Account Development.

Requirements

• Experience working in an analytical environment.
• Confidence with numerical analysis, problem solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of the FMCG industry and current trends.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
