Insight Executive - Seasonal

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom; hybrid with 60% of the week spent at office locations or local sites

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple seasonal events.
• Work with market performance agencies including Circana, Kantar/Worldpanel, GlobalData, and Dunnhumby to evaluate performance.
• Develop performance review packs and facilitate event review sessions for stakeholders.
• Manage qualitative and quantitative customer research programmes, including agency briefs and insight-led narratives.
• Represent the Insight function at governance forums and ensure insights inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills across Finance, Trade, Commercial, and Marketing.
• Experience coordinating programmes across multiple projects, stages, timelines, and milestones.
• Confidence analysing and interpreting performance data and research findings.
• Ability to create concise stories and actionable recommendations from data and research.
• Curiosity and an inquisitive mindset to challenge questions, identify opportunities, and improve ways of working.
