Logistics Analyst

Location: Full-time onsite at hirify.global’s central distribution center in Litchfield Park/Phoenix, Arizona, United States

Salary: $59,350–$89,600 annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for US candidates

What you will do

• Oversee inbound and outbound fulfillment, including picking, packing, staging, loading, shipping, and system transactions.
• Coordinate shipments and resolve exceptions with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Warehouse, IT, Transportation, 3PL, and 4PL partners.
• Track fulfillment and transportation metrics, including pick accuracy, order fill rate, on-time shipping, trailer utilization, and dock-to-door cycle time.
• Lead process improvements focused on reducing cycle times and shipping errors while improving delivery performance.
• Maintain outbound SOPs, conduct quality audits, and drive corrective actions for scan accuracy, weight checks, load inspections, mis-shipments, and damage prevention.
• Analyze order, carrier, and freight-cost data; develop dashboards and executive summaries to support improvement roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in outbound or shipping operations within distribution, fulfillment, or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ERP/WMS platforms such as SAP and transportation processes managed through a 4PL model.
• Proficiency with Excel and a data-visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong communication and influence skills, including the ability to direct 3PL associates and collaborate with a remote 4PL team without direct authority.
• Knowledge of domestic parcel, LTL, and truckload shipping requirements and basic export documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in a 3PL-run facility or technology supply chain.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS certification, including CSCP or CPIM.
• Exposure to CTPAT, ISO 9001, or other compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with hirify.global products, distribution models, or technology-sector best practices.
