Operations Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; travel 10–20%

What you will do

• Monitor daily warehouse and logistics operations, including third-party logistics provider performance, KPIs, and operational issues.
• Analyze operational data, identify trends and deviations, and support corrective actions and decision-making.
• Monitor adherence to supply chain processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate activities across internal supply chain teams and external logistics partners.
• Support material-flow optimization across warehouse, factory, and logistics operations.
• Contribute to Lean / Six Sigma initiatives, structured problem-solving, and process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, process-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate reliably with stakeholders across supply chain functions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with supply chain optimization data analysis and modeling.
