Logistics Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Hybrid work from one of hirify.global's US offices at least 3 days per week; listed offices include Bozeman, Coppell, Livonia, Louisville, Mountain View, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, and Seattle.

Salary: $72,000–$108,000 per year, plus annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own logistics initiatives from ambiguous problem framing through implementation and transition to steady-state operations.
• Translate operational challenges into structured plans with milestones, ownership, and success metrics.
• Use NetSuite as the operational and financial backbone for logistics execution, planning, reporting, and cost tracking.
• Build recurring data streams and dashboards covering freight, customs, and inventory performance.
• Develop interim scripts, GitHub-hosted solutions, and AI-assisted tools to bridge system gaps.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, procurement, manufacturing, vehicle operations, hardware, and product stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to own initiatives end-to-end without relying on established process infrastructure.
• Strong NetSuite proficiency across financial capture, planning, reporting, and operational workflows.
• Sound judgment in both lean and enterprise-grade process environments.
• Ability to work from one of hirify.global's US offices at least 3 days per week.
• Authorization to work lawfully in the United States is required; visa sponsorship requirements are addressed during application.

Nice to have

• Practical coding experience with Python, GitHub, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience designing external-facing customer or service-provider request and queuing systems.
• Familiarity with customs, freight, or contract manufacturing operations.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, aerospace, or other hardware-centric environments.
