What you will do

• Interpret, analyze, and present logistics metrics and KPIs to management, driving corrective actions with relevant groups.
• Design and implement business processes and lead process improvement projects that improve service levels and reduce costs.
• Review process-control exceptions, investigate distribution quality issues, document root causes, and implement corrective actions with logistics partners.
• Reconcile, validate, and audit warehouse inventory operations and support internal and external audit preparation.
• Create and coordinate claims for lost or damaged materials, including freight claims and supplier parts claims.
• Prepare, review, and approve import/export documentation and ensure shipments comply with applicable customs laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience analyzing operational data, metrics, audits, reconciliations, and corrective actions.
• Ability to lead small- to mid-size operational task forces or projects.
• Ability to work with outsourced logistics providers and regional partners.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
