Nights Operations Supervisor (Supply Chain)

Location: Louisville, Kentucky, United States; onsite warehouse role with availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Communicate policies, maintain compliance and consistency, and take corrective action when necessary.
• Manage inventory flow and records using inventory management software.
• Monitor warehouse productivity, processes, and quality through operational KPIs.
• Report stock levels, operational issues, and employee performance to upper management.
• Improve processes, optimize workflows, coordinate supplies, maintain equipment safety, train new associates, and oversee department sanitation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in operations, supply chain, management, engineering, or a related field, or honorable discharge from the United States military as an NCO or higher rank preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory management software.
• Strong organization, planning, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proven ownership, results orientation, change management, and ability to develop practical solutions from operational data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, stand for most of the day, and lift up to 50 pounds.
