What you will do

• Schedule inbound and outbound truck appointments and coordinate loading and unloading with carriers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers.
• Monitor transportation schedules, communicate delays, and maintain shipment documentation.
• Inspect incoming loads for product quality, quantity, damage, and compliance with company standards.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment while supporting receiving, put-away, replenishment, shipping, and cycle counts.
• Enter and update receiving, inventory, and shipping transactions in the Warehouse Management System.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, generate operational reports, and support corrective actions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and inventory tracking software.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday, and work safely in a warehouse with varying temperatures.
