System Lead – Data Migration & Data Management (SAP/ERP)

What you will do

• Lead data migration strategy, architecture, and solution design for enterprise transformation programs.
• Define migration frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee data discovery, assessment, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Define migration waves, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, application, integration, security, and data governance teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams and migration specialists.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading enterprise data migration and data management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP data migration and system transformation projects.
• Experience with cloud-based ETL architecture, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, integration landscapes, and network infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of CSV/CSA, GxP, and regulated system validation environments, plus strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
• AWS certifications or cloud architecture experience.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, and large-scale transformation programs.
