Endpoint Management Team Lead (with German)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Warsaw, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, Lublin, Opole, or Katowice, Poland. The hybrid model combines office work with home office after onboarding.

What you will do

• Lead the Managed Workstations run operations team.
• Serve as a client-facing subject matter expert for software distribution, packaging, SCCM architecture, and endpoint management.
• Manage client requests and prioritize daily operational tasks.
• Execute and advise on complex changes while contributing to high-level design documents.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and SLA/KPI targets.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with security teams on patching and configuration compliance.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience with SCCM and Intune, with strong expertise in both.
• Solid knowledge of SCCM architecture, including site hierarchies, roles, logs, and optimization.
• Experience with SQL Server installation, maintenance, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewall rules, ports, TLS/HTTPS, operating system deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with MSI and EXE software packaging using tools such as InstallShield or Advanced Installer.
• Strong PowerShell, communication, and analytical skills, with proficiency in German and English.
