Finance Systems Administrator

Location: Fully remote within the United States

What you will do

• Administer financial applications, ERP platforms, user access, security roles, permissions, master data, workflows, and system configurations.
• Provide first-level user support, issue triage, troubleshooting, training, and coordination with IT and software vendors.
• Monitor and troubleshoot APIs, SFTP connections, middleware solutions, automated data feeds, and other application integrations.
• Support system implementations, platform upgrades, feature enhancements, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
• Assist with report development, data validation, operational reporting, documentation, internal controls, and training runbooks.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the finance technology ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting financial systems, business applications, ERP platforms, or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience administering at least one major ERP or financial management platform, such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Workday Financials.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of accounting, accounts payable, budgeting, planning, payroll, or treasury workflows.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms, automated data feeds, user security administration, role management, and access governance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Nice to have

• Direct experience administering Sage Intacct.
• Experience with Concur, Planful, Delinea Fastpath, Salesforce, ADP, Microsoft Fabric, or Legal Tracker.
• Experience supporting global, multi-entity, or multi-currency organizations and finance transformation initiatives.
• Basic SQL, reporting development, data analysis, automation, or AI-enabled finance operations experience.
• Experience in family office, investment management, private equity, wealth management, or complex financial services environments.
