College Intern - Quality Engineering

What you will do

• Learn and apply quality assurance principles and inspection methods.
• Support the integration of quality requirements into product design and manufacturing processes.
• Help develop test strategies, execute tests, and maintain test documentation.
• Track quality metrics, deviations, improvement opportunities, and trends using testing and production data.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities under supervision.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on assigned quality projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Available for a full-time internship lasting 5–6 months and starting in January 2027.
• Strong interest in quality assurance, product development, or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, data analysis, testing, or inspection tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a team environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ISO 9001 or other quality standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis or process improvement.
• Interest in automation or data visualization tools.
