Engineer, Operation Management (Quality and Training)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Work location: Science Park II, moving to Tampines starting at the end of 2026. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Partner with operations and engineering teams to improve process capability and product quality.
• Monitor manufacturing quality through data-driven analysis, trend analysis, and improvement initiatives.
• Track quality KPIs including yield, defect rate, and excursions.
• Develop quality dashboards, reports, and quality reviews for stakeholders.
• Conduct root-cause investigations using 8D, Fishbone, SPC, and FMEA; drive CAPA and verify implementation effectiveness.
• Support quality standards, ISO requirements, customer specifications, audits, and quality documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, or related industries.
• Experience in manufacturing operations quality management.
• Experience participating in cross-functional quality improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Strong leadership, motivation, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
