Customer Quality Engineer Intern (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Create, review, maintain, and register product Certificates of Analysis.
• Support document control and ensure the accuracy and completeness of quality records.
• Administer Change Request creation, tracking, system maintenance, and documentation updates.
• Collect and organize SPC and quality performance data.
• Support statistical analysis, trend analysis, process capability monitoring, and quality reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, charts, presentations, and management review materials while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Semiconductor Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in a team environment.
• Basic English communication skills, written and verbal, are required.
• Availability for a 6-month internship or longer is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of semiconductor materials and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of SPC, basic statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and data visualization.
• Experience with Minitab, JMP, Power BI, Python, or similar data analysis tools.
• Previous internship, laboratory, or project experience in quality, manufacturing, or semiconductor industries.
