Engineering Intern (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Support production and engineering teams by collecting, organizing, and analyzing manufacturing data.
• Assist with process improvement projects targeting productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and AI-based digital tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Support process validation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Chemical, Materials, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is advantageous.
• Interest in manufacturing processes, operational excellence, and digital transformation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Availability to work during daytime hours.
