Process Reliability Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own process reliability and eliminate systemic risks in a sustaining production environment.
• Establish and maintain PFMEA, control plans, SPC, reaction plans, and risk-based qualification strategies.
• Analyze manufacturing data, including nonconformance trends, yield, defects, and field performance, to identify process gaps.
• Lead root cause resolution and targeted improvement actions to eliminate recurring issues and strengthen process stability.
• Improve issue and process-performance visibility through data systems and lead cross-functional responses to field and customer issues.
• Monitor manufacturing performance, communicate key risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, quality, or reliability engineering.
• Demonstrated experience executing PFMEA, developing and enforcing control plans, and applying SPC, including Cp/Cpk.
• Proven ability in root cause analysis, structured problem solving, and sustainable process improvement.
• Strong analytical, data interpretation, stakeholder management, process discipline, prevention, and compliance skills.
• Experience building robust, self-sustaining processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.
