What you will do

• Develop and improve quality management systems, process controls, and operational governance practices.
• Perform risk assessments, failure analysis, and root cause investigations to resolve quality issues impacting factory execution.
• Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure material quality and supply continuity.
• Analyze operational metrics to drive yield improvement and factory readiness.
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with hirify.global quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality engineering, or factory operations.
• Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in Kulim, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting supplier quality and managing global supply chains.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and auditing.
• Project management and process improvement experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional problem-solving activities.
