Inventory Control Clerk (Defense)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels and reorder points, and prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Prepare parts and hardware kits from manufacturing orders for the production team.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports on stock levels, usage, and trends.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams on forecasting, delivery timelines, and component availability.
• Improve inventory control processes and systems while identifying efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Handle sensitive materials in accordance with applicable regulations and internal security protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience in a stockroom, retail inventory, warehouse, or other fast-paced environment involving parts or supplies.
• Knowledge of defense industry regulations and compliance standards.
