Delivery Station Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate delivery associates and warehouse staff.
• Manage inbound and outbound package flow, including sorting, scanning, loading, and dispatch.
• Monitor delivery, efficiency, safety, and quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce operational, safety, and quality-control procedures and maintain a safe, organized station.
• Conduct inventory checks, maintain package and equipment records, and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, management, and external partners to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Supervisory or leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of sorting, scanning, dispatching, and other logistics processes.
• Experience with data analysis, operational metrics, and data-driven efficiency improvements.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a strong commitment to quality.

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
