Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Must be based within European time zones; hybrid work is available from the Copenhagen or London offices, with remote work also supported.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design process, from discovery and ideation through high-fidelity execution.
• Conduct customer interviews and observations, rapidly prototype solutions, and iterate using real-world feedback.
• Design intuitive experiences for HR administrators, operations leads, and frontline employees.
• Simplify complex workflows such as onboarding, scheduling, and compliance.
• Define new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration and apply AI where it creates user value.
• Develop scalable patterns, components, and interactions while collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, sales, and customer success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience.
• Strong background designing user-facing products at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-native products and curiosity about how AI changes user behaviour and interfaces.
• Strong customer discovery, visual design, design systems, collaboration, and implementation skills.
• Pragmatic, results-oriented approach focused on shipping and iterative learning.
• Fluent English and residence within European time zones required.
