Staff/Principal Product Designer (AI)

Location: London, England; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for high-impact areas from concept through execution.
• Define interaction patterns and design paradigms for Fin, automation, and AI-powered tools.
• Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different levels of fidelity.
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to define problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of interaction and visual craft while balancing speed and execution.
• Contribute to design culture through mentoring, process refinement, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experience shipping complex, high-quality software products.
• Ability to design across desktop, mobile, chat interfaces, AI-first, and emerging experiences.
• Strong interaction design, product thinking, visual design, and end-to-end systems thinking.
• Understanding of engineering and ability to build prototypes using tools such as Framer, Lovable, Windsurf, Vercel, Figma, or code.
• Strong communication skills, taste, ownership, autonomy, and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Ability to work from the London office at least three days per week under the hybrid policy.
