What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from initial concept to final execution.
• Define new interaction patterns and design paradigms for AI-powered tools and automation.
• Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at various fidelities to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to define problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the internal design culture and process refinement.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping complex, high-quality software products.
• Experience designing for multiple surfaces, including desktop, mobile, and AI-first chat interfaces.
• Ability to build prototypes to communicate ideas using tools like Framer, Figma, Vercel, or code.
• Strong balance between high-level systems thinking and obsession with pixel-perfect detail.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office at least three days per week.
