TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) (B2B SaaS): Evolving scalable design systems and creating cohesive web and mobile product experiences with an accent on interaction design, visual quality, accessibility, and user-centred workflows. Focus on building reusable components and guidelines, influencing product strategy through research, and driving design-system adoption across complex products.
Location: Budapest, Hungary. Hybrid work model with an expectation to work onsite at least 50% of the time when within commuting distance of a office.

What you will do
- Lead the evolution of the design system through scalable components, patterns, and guidelines.
- Design cohesive, user-centred experiences for complex B2B SaaS products across web and mobile platforms.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, and Brand Designers.
- Influence product strategy through customer research, insights, and design thinking.
- Champion accessibility, visual quality, and UX standards through reviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
- Mentor designers and contribute to design excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Digital Product Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and successful digital product delivery.
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products and workflows.
- Exceptional visual design, interaction design, and user experience design skills.
- Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
- Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma, plus strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience building, scaling, or contributing to enterprise design systems.
- Understanding of HTML and CSS and how design translates into front-end development.
- Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Illustration, iconography, or visual systems expertise.
- Experience conducting or leveraging user research, or a relevant degree.
