Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: London, UK; hybrid with 3 days per week in-office. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

hirify.global is building an enterprise AI platform for the supply chain industry, helping global companies eliminate manual processes, unify fragmented systems, and scale intelligence.

What you will do

• Influence product strategy and vision through design.
• Own product design from discovery and ideation through execution and iteration.
• Conduct user, product, and competitor research to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Design intuitive enterprise experiences, including interaction, motion, copy, and detailed UI work.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate usage and prioritize improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, users, and stakeholders to shape product direction.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing digital products, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong startup experience and comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for complex systems.
• Strong UI, interaction design, user research, communication, and customer-centred design skills.
• Ability to lead design within squads through chirify.global, critique, and collaboration.
• Right to work in the UK required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design or a related field.
